RTSOFT SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED A PROJECT TO INCREASE THE RELIABILITY AND OBSERVABILITY OF POWER FACILITIES FOR MES SIBERIA

The company has completed a large-scale interdepartmental project at the level of the Ministry of Energy under the program to improve the reliability and observability of power facilities in the interests of the branch of Rosseti FGC UES - MES Siberia. In total, 16 power facilities were automated with the participation of RTSoft.

At the end of the 2020 year, 16 substations were put into commercial operation under the program to improve the reliability and observability (Program) of power facilities. This important project lasted 2.5 years.

The key objectives of the Program are to increase the number of TV signals and telemetry received in modern protocols from each substation and to ensure the transfer of information to the dispatch centers of SO UES and Rosseti FGC UES.

To achieve these goals, it was necessary to create communication channels and install additional equipment. This allowed Rosseti FGC UES to keep on the connection of equipment, the work out of its resource and other parameters and thereby increase the reliability of power supply to all unities. SO UES uses the information received about the object's observability for correct sum-up and clarification of the state of the network and for more accurate design modes.

The geography of automation objects - Omsk Region, Kuzbass, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Republic of Khakassia, Trans-Baikal Territory.

The result of the project was the commissioning of the supplied equipment into commercial operation at the power facilities of SO UES and Rosseti FGC UES in accordance with all the customer's standards without remarks and faults.
